By accessing or using GameMonk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
GameMonk is a Slack bot application that provides interactive games and entertainment features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GameMonk does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEMONK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMEMONK'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO GAMEMONK IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to violate any third-party rights, to post harmful or objectionable content, or to interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
The Service and all its content are owned by GameMonk and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Slack. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms. GameMonk is not responsible for the availability or reliability of third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GameMonk operates.
